A visit to the Swan Valley Cuddly Animal Farm is an excellent
ENJOYABLE & EDUCATIONAL Children have the opportunity to see the animals in a real farm environment and participate in interactive discussions about the variety of animals, their care, upkeep and value to the community. Children of all ages respond enthusiastically to the HANDS ON opportunity to bucket and bottle feed, groom, pet and cuddle farm animals such as chickens, hens, ducklings, ducks, bunnies, lambs, piglets, calves, kid goats, milking goats, dogs, alpacas, llama, miniature donkeys, miniature mule and pony. A ratio of six children to one carer is recommended. Activity sheets pertaining to the farm are provided for completion by the children later in the classroom.
