PARTY CONDITIONS
-
Reservations are
required for all Birthday Parties or Group Events. (BOOKINGS)
-
A minimum non refundable Deposit of $50. is required to reserve date and time requested.

Party Invitations if required will be provided
upon receipt of deposit.

The Deposit is
refundable only if cancellation is made at leaste two weeks prior to the scheduled
event.

Balance
of moneys due are payable on the day of the event.

Payment can be
made by Eftpos, MasterCard, Visa or American Express but will attract a fee of 3%
-
Payment by Bartercard, BBX or Empire Trade Xchange is welcome
-
A
minimum of three Adults must accompany children attending the party.
-
Children
must be supervised by accompanying parents/adults at all times.

Entry
is Free for specified number of accompanying parents/adults.

Entry is payable by the parents of uninvited siblings
-
Tea
and Coffee provided free for accompanying adults.
-
All
children must wear enclosed shoes, boots or
sneakers.
-
Comfortable
play clothes is recommended.
-
A hat in the summer months, raincoat or parka in the winter
is recommended.
-
Party
Room or marquee bookings are for a period of 3 hours (morning or afternoon)
and must be
vacated if there is another party following, however guests can stay on the
farm until closing time.

Hot or rainy
weather will not deter a successful event - sheltered or shaded areas for rainy
weather is
available..
