PARTY CONDITIONS

Reservations are required for all Birthday Parties. (See below)
A Deposit of $50. is required to reserve date and time requested.
A booking is not confirmed with payment of a deposit.
Party Invitations will be provided upon receipt of deposit.
The Deposit is refundable only if cancellation is made two weeks
prior to the scheduled event.
Payment for the balance to be made on the day of the party.
Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque, Mastercard, Visa, Direct Debit
or Eftpos at the Farm
Payment by Bartercard or BBX is welcome
The Farm is not a 'drop-off' venue and therefore children must be
accompanied by a parent or a minimum of one adult per four children
Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times..
Entry is Free for 25 accompanying adults.
Entry is payable for uninvited siblings by the parents thereof.
Tea and Coffee provided free for accompanying adults.
Suitable footwear is recommended.
Comfortable play clothes are recommended.
A hat in the summer months, raincoat or parka in the winter is recommended.

Rainy weather will not deter a successful event - sheltered areas
for rainy weather.
